The entry is defined by a large trellis portal and contains a water feature and intimate planted courtyard. The pool terrace is generously sized for outdoor dining and entertaining. Extensive retaining walls help transition steep grades and define garden spaces. A sports court is located to the rear of the property. An existing stream runs along a side property line and was enhanced with native stone. Special materials include pre-cast concrete wall copings and stair treads, sandstone paving, and stucco walls. Extensive plantings reflect the Mediterranean feel and provide year-round color and interest.
