- Working closely with David Vandervort Architects, this major remodel and complete garden overhaul brought this charming cottage back to its historic roots.
- Because of its view and sun orientation, the front garden must be both entry and major outdoor living area. A stone wall and water feature separates the main terrace and entry spaces. Exterior materials include pre-cast concrete wall caps and stair treads, granite cladding and outcrop, colored concrete, and bluestone pavers. Plant material was selected to provide year round color and interest, with specimen maple trees providing focal points.
